The route, day by day

Day1

Marrakech → Aït Benhaddou → Ouarzazate → Boumalne Dadès

Marrakech → Aït Benhaddou → Ouarzazate → Boumalne Dadès → Merzouga

We depart early, crossing the High Atlas Mountains and reaching the Tizi n'Tichka pass at an altitude of 2,260 meters. We then continue to the Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, where we visit this magnificent palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Next, we proceed to Ouarzazate for a photo opportunity (at the film studios), before continuing our journey to the Dades Valley of Roses. We continue our scenic route through the rose oases until we reach Boumalne Dades, where we will have dinner and spend the night.

Day2

Boumalne Dadès → Tinghir → Todgha Gorge → Erfoud → Merzouga Dunes

Marrakech → Aït Benhaddou → Ouarzazate → Boumalne Dadès → Merzouga

We depart in the morning for the Merzouga Dunes, 20 km from Tinghir. We visit the palm oasis and then head to the Todgha Gorge. We will also visit a traditional Berber women's home to learn how Berber rugs are made. Then we continue our journey to the palm oases of Tinghir, Tourouj, and Erfoud. We proceed to Merzouga, where we enjoy camel riding across the enchanting Erg Chebbi dunes, followed by a sunset over the sand dunes... Overnight in Bedouin tents or on marabou mounts among the Merzouga dunes...

Day3

Merzouga → Marrakech

Marrakech → Aït Benhaddou → Ouarzazate → Boumalne Dadès → Merzouga

After breakfast, we depart for Marrakech. We have lunch and then return to Marrakech.
